How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders out same day if placed before 3pm EST Monday - Friday. We do not ship on the weekends. For standard shipping, ETA is 5-7 business days. For Express shipping 2-3 business days. We require signature at the time of delivery. Please make sure you enter your email in order to track your order and avoid delays of your delivery.
What is your return policy?
Due to the delicate nature of our dresses, we offer no refunds, no returns, no exchanges. You have 24 hours to contact us if there is any problem with your order. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Same policy in store. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Can we shop in store?
Yes. Our boutique is open Monday-Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 11-5. No appointment necessary. Please read our in store policies before visiting us.
Where can I find the size chart?
